Exclusive: The Farm x ART IN RETURN event report

As a creative entrepreneur, I always get very excited by cool collaborations, and especially by collabs between my favourite brands. It probably hasn't escaped your notice that The Farm launched a unique paint collection together with ART IN RETURN, namely The eARTh collection. Reason enough for a party at The Playground, where influencers, suppliers, customers and press came together for an exclusive get together.

Unique textures and dreamy colours

Previously, you could read about the must-have paint collection by The Farm x ART IN RETURN. Just a refresher: these 12 different shades have unique textures, and are all plastic-free and sustainable. Inspired by artist Annemieke's travels, the greedy colours create an enchanting effect on the wall. As such, they are the ideal match for The Playground, where they look stunning thanks to a magical play of daylight and shadows. Want to know all about the colours? A magical experience of paint, art and inspiration
On 22 May, the most stylish guests gathered to experience the special paint colours for themselves. Because the event lasted from 16:00 to 19:00, there was still enough daylight in the studio, but just a little less bright. This gave the perfect effect on the walls in The Playground, showing off the twelve paint colours at their best. Besides looking at the colours, the guests could also network and question Annemieke about her inspiration behind the collection.

With ART IN RETURN's artwork on the walls, The eARTh collection stood out even more, and guests could enjoy a magical 3D effect. Despite The Playground being our largest space, there was still an intimate atmosphere here. This, thanks to stylish standing tables, atmospheric candles, healthy bites and trendy drinks. Judging by all the reactions, the guests were extremely enthusiastic; not only about the collaboration, but also about our beautiful studio.

Inspiring space, endless possibilities

So why is The Playground so effective when it comes to hosting events? In this large space, you can go all out and make your creative dreams come true. Take, for example, the launch of Kylie Cosmetics' latest fragrance, for which a lifelike dreamland was created. With unusual shapes, unique colours and iconic stand construction, your event will be one for the books. The Playground invites endless exploration and will inspire your guests to create and post beautiful images.

We have also thought of the practicalities. For instance, you can easily park here in the business park on which the studio is located. Everything has been thought of: from fans in the summer to WiFi and a very good sound system in the form of a bluetooth speaker. There is also a changing room that is also suitable for make-up and/or hairstyling. Fantastic for hosting a fashion show! Make use of every inch that The Playground offers, and discover the versatility of this 270-square-metre studio.

Your canvas for unforgettable events: getting started yourself
Finally, I would like to help you on your way with three of my best tips. That way you, like The Farm and ART IN RETURN, will soon be able to organise an unforgettable and successful event.

To start, you can divide The Playground into three blocks, allowing you to divide an event into different activities. For example, you can create a sitdown in the back with a screen or projector - just have to bring your own, as we unfortunately do not provide them. This is where you can start an influencer event with a piece of interactive information about your latest product. Or put together a workshop in which attendees actually learn something valuable. In the front, you can then come up with another activity.

Did you know you can completely cater your own? Do like Coty Benelux and Friday Denim and choose bites and drinks entirely in the colour palette of your event. By styling your event to perfection, you give the impression that you really put a lot of effort into it. And your guests will notice.

Because the space is so large, you can go through the studio in different groups. Very nice for influencers, for example, who can shoot beautiful images in every photogenic corner. This also makes The Playground so ideal for a photography event or workshop, as you can test cameras or other equipment to your heart's content.
