We work simple and transparent. For everyone.
STEP 1: Pick a studio
At first decide together with your team what studio fits your production best. All three spaces are unique and different, but also an extension of each other.
Dividing your shoot day over different photo studios is also possible. Keep an eye on the following: the studios are not located on the same address.
STEP 2: PICK A DATE
When you have chosen your favorite studio, you can select an available date in our online agenda. Our agenda is always up to date.
Pick a time slot, fill in the details and complete the payment in the checkout. We work with a prepayment at all times. After the payment has been completed, we can confirm your booking and you will receive an invoice by email.
STEP 3: PICK A TIME SLOT
When you have chosen a studio and date, it is time to determine the schedule. We only rent the photo studio per 2, 4, 8 or 12 hours.
We always advise to book a spacious time slot, which saves a lot of stress. When you need more time, you can upgrade per 30 minutes. We cannot guarantee extensions. The assembly and disassembly is included in your booking. So keep this in mind.

Booking confirmed
When the payment is completed, you will receive all important information in a confirmation email. Share this with your team so that everyone is aware of the correct time and date, correct address and call sheet of the shoot day. Prepare yourself carefully and read the booking conditions and house rules in our FAQ.
Feel welcome
We are over the moon! And we're so thankful that you've scheduled with us. Our hosts will welcome you with delicious at cappuccinos. Enter the studio and feel at home. Move items around, create your own setting and start photographing.
Our Host
Our team is not responsible for your shoot and neither is a stylist or assistant. However, she is available during the time slot for questions, in person or by telephone. You can also contact her for a fresh cup of coffee, a helping hand or all the news about Atelier Oost Amsterdam.

Extra privacy for intimate shoots
UPGRADE: Private booking
We only work with female hosts. Our host normally works at the large table in the room. She is always there for all your questions and delicious coffees.
If you prefer to have the studio just to yourself, you can book the space privately. You add this option to your cart in the checkout. For private bookings we charge extra costs:
- €50* for 2 hours
- €100* for 4 or 6 hours
- €150* for 8, 10 or 12 hours
The host will only open and close the studio with you. We will also not enter the photo studio during the time slot. The host is available by phone for questions or emergencies.
Too little time? Extend per 30 minutes.
UPGRADE: Extra time
On the spot it is possible (if our agenda allows this) to extend the time slot per half hour for an additional fee. We can never guarantee the possibility, because sometimes there is another booking. Always plan well.
If you'd like to extend we charge €75* per 30 minutes. You determine and pay on the spot, before the extension starts.
