The Loft is our most luxurious studio. Imagine yourself in New York City. The space fills with morning light from the east side. In the afternoon with beautiful daylight on the west side. This makes The Loft our largest and most beautiful daylight studio in Amsterdam.
The Loft studio is 125 square meters and located on the second floor of an old school building. The studio is accessible by a passenger elevator. The large, open space has a high ceiling of up to 4.5 meters. This ensures that daylight has plenty of room to enter the studio. This gives a magical feeling and a real WOW effect as soon as you enter the room.
The sunlight enters in the early morning, starting with the light of sunrise. At the end of the afternoon, the sun's rays also enter the west side during the summer months. The light finds its own way in the room during the day. The Loft is wonderfully bright inside, even on a rainy day. This is what makes shooting in The Loft of Atelier Oost Amsterdam so fantastic. A unique experience.

With neutral backdrops, texture on the walls and stylish furniture, you will be inspired to shoot spot-on images time after time. Our sunniest photo studio is perfect for capturing campaigns through photography combined with video.

Below an overview of the rates for The Loft. We work with fixed prices and time slots at all times, regardless of whether it concerns an editorial or commercial production.
*The Dutch VAT rate of 21% applies to the prices mentioned, because the studios are located in the Netherlands. The VAT will be added in the checkout. We only work on prepayment. To confirm the booking, payment must be completed within 30 minutes.

If you are looking for a perfect photography location for shooting your fashion brand or campaign, you have found the right vibe at The Loft. We offer a studio complete with clothing rack, professional steamer and place for make-up.

The Loft overview
The floor plan of The Loft gives an indication of the room layout.
At the top left you will find a small seating area with large windows facing West. Here is also a stage floor with several design chairs. The space is separated by a wall through three subtle arches. To the right of the stage you will find a spacious seatting area with a Norr11 studio sofa, two rugs, an armchair and a handmade side table. The iconic circle swing hangs here.
Furthermore the room is furnished with a round MENU Androgyne round table in dark wood with a few designer chairs. The Bolia rug under the table has a beautiful texture.
There is also a black long dining table with 3 chairs and a bench in the daylight studio. Make-up is often done at this table. The studio is also equipped with a wooden Japandi room divider, high built-in cupboards with wooden shelves with diverse props and a day bed.
At the bottom right of the map you can find our beautiful self-designed staircase. This one is perfect for a unique addition to your image gallery. In the same corner are an oak minimalist sofa and a wooden room divider.
Bottom left is the entrance to the studio. This is a small hall with a kitchenette equipped with glasses, crockery and a refrigerator.

During the time slot we provide you with unlimited Nespresso coffee and Clipper tea. In addition, we also provide a clothing rack and steamer. This way you can start the shoot carefree. There is also WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker and electricity available in the studio. Coffee and tea is included and the price and we will facilitate this. During the booking you can use the available equipment to make coffee and tea. We will also provide your team with cups and crockery.
Food and catering is not included. We do not facilitate this either. We recommend that you bring your own catering or have it arranged. You can also order food via Thuisbezorgd or UberEats.

A luxurious studio with endless possibilities
The space is fully furnished with high-quality design furniture according to the latest interior trends. With wood as a base and bouclé fabric as a refined detail. The space is equipped with handmade accessories from local designers and various props from trendy interior brands. We make sure that everything fits together perfectly, to make every shoot effortlessly.
The large space creates all kinds of different corners that are perfect for letting your creativity run wild. Opt for the wall with the three arches, place models in the middle of the room or would you rather use the stucco stairway? The choice is entirely up to you. The possibilities are limitless.
You can also choose to bring your own furniture and accessories. You can move our furniture. This way you have the opportunity to create your own unique corners that you have never seen before. Moving the furniture is allowed within your time slot and inside the photo studio. Make sure everything is back in its original place at the end of the time slot.

From day one The Loft photo studio has been a great success.
The Loft opened January 2022. Our largest and most stunning daylight studio. Due to its beautiful and original windows and large open space The Loft is a perfect photo studio for various brands to photograph their campaigns and image galleries.
Brands like vtwonen, Endemol Shine, Hunkemöller, JOSH V (and many more) already scheduled their production at The Loft. In addition, the space is beautifully decorated for personal branding shoots. A studio where many entrepreneurs shined during a shoot. When can we welcome you?
