Step inside and let the comfort and warmth of a typical living room wash over you, but one with an aesthetic photography experience. At The Livingroom, you will be enveloped in a comfortable cocoon where you can be your purest self, and harness your creativity in a casual way. At 70m2, this beauty may be our smallest studio, but this does not mean we compromise on style and quality - quite the contrary. Like The Loft and The Playground, you'll also enjoy a minimalist look and feel here, for the most beautiful and serene images that exude tranquillity.
The Livingroom is a large, open space; perfect for beautiful personal branding shoots, as well as fashion and portrait photography. This is the studio for fun, smaller productions in which you simultaneously want to experience the luxury that Atelier Oost Amsterdam is known for. Thanks to the soft light, enhanced by our warm colours and natural materials, you will experience a relaxed and welcoming feeling as soon as you enter. This atmospheric photo studio exudes style and elegance, and offers all the convenience you and your team need.
The use of soft, comfortable furniture and a neutral colour palette will make you feel instantly at ease here. And so will your models. As you would expect from us, we have also paid attention to the details in The Livingroom. Below you can find an overview of the rates we apply when booking The Livingroom. We always work with fixed prices and time slots, regardless of whether it concerns an editorial or commercial production.

The Livingroom overview

This floor plan provides an indication of The Livingroom's layout. In the top left corner, you'll find the entrance with a kitchenette and a coffee corner to the right, equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, trash can, and various beautiful plates and cups. This area also serves as a space for changing clothes and storing belongings.
Upon entering the studio space through a passage with oak wood panels, you'll encounter various furniture pieces. There's a large oak wood table with three chairs and a bench. The space features several (vintage) design furniture pieces, which you can find listed under the heading 'available furniture.'
What makes The Livingroom unique are the decor pieces adorned with elegant fabrics and paint with unique textures. This studio also offers the opportunity to work with different colors of background paper. Create unique settings and capture interesting perspectives for imagery never seen before.
We provide a clothing rack and steamer. This way you can start the shoot carefree. There is also WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker and electricity available in the studio.

Food and catering is not included. We do not facilitate this either. We recommend that you bring your own catering or have it arranged. You can also order food via Thuisbezorgd or UberEats.
