Take off your shoes to first enter the stylishly decorated living room, where natural light serenely floods in throughout the day. Have your model(s) take a seat in the inviting sitting area with beige, ribbed fabric armchairs and a beautiful staircase with block steps and wooden slats: an ideal place for lingerie and homewear shoots, for example. From the microcement-finished walls, floors and ceilings to the oak accents and our three photogenic staircases: enjoy endless photo opportunities.
This soothing, aesthetically styled house features 4.5-metre-wide rooms and has a total area of 50m2 per floor. On each floor, you will find eye-catching nooks and crannies where you can go wild with photography or small video productions. Think, for example, of personal branding shoots for entrepreneurs who like a luxurious look. Or maybe you want to photograph your smaller products here. Moreover, as an interior stylist you can go crazy in The Townhouse: experiment to the full with unique home accessories and special textures.

The Townhouse is our most exclusive location and offers a minimalist and homey environment with different nooks and crannies spread over three floors. With the neutral interior and quality finishes, you will be challenged to capture spot-on images time after time. Our private residence is the perfect shoot location for personal branding photography, recording a video podcast or luxury product photography.

Rates and time slots
Below you can find the overview of the rates we charge when booking The Townhouse. The studio can be booked for 2, 4 or 6 hours (or longer) with a team of up to 5 people. We work with fixed prices and time slots at all times, regardless of whether it is an editorial or commercial production.
*The Dutch VAT rate of 21% applies to the prices mentioned, because the studios are located in the Netherlands. The VAT will be added in the checkout. We only work on prepayment. To confirm the booking, payment must be completed within 30 minutes.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor and in the top left corner, you will find the entrance with Arno Hoogland's artwork and an oak zigzag chair on the right. You'll also find an iconic staircase with 3 accent wooden steps.
To the left, you will find the coffee corner with an espresso machine, Quooker, fridge, bin and several beautiful cups. In this space, you will also find a corner sofa, studio Henk work table and metal chairs.
FIRST FLOOR
On the left side of the stairs is the master bedroom with a beautiful bed by Studio Sélé, stylish built-in wardrobes and a small bathroom with double sinks.
On the right side of the stairs on the first floor, you enter through a pivot door into the spacious kitchen diner with huge cooking island, dining table, fireplace, swing and loft. The room contains various designer furniture, which you can find under the heading 'available furniture'. Also located here is a beautiful microcement staircase with oak loan.
SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor, you enter the living room, which is adjacent to the loft and on the other side to the roof terrace.
The eye-catcher of this space is a stylish staircase with oak slats. There is also a round dining table with two chairs and a seating area with Ligne Roset Togos in beige ribbed fabric. The light here is so nice!
We provide a clothes rack and hand steamer, so you can start the shoot carefree. Wi-Fi, a Sonos speaker and electricity are also available on location.

During the time slot we provide you with unlimited Nespresso coffee and Clipper tea. Coffee and tea is included and the price and we will facilitate this. During the booking you can use the available equipment to make coffee and tea. We will also provide your team with cups and crockery.
Food and catering is not included. We do not facilitate this either. We recommend bringing your own or having something provided. You can also order food via Thuisbezorgd or UberEats. And there is an Albert Heijn supermarket under the building.

To complete the homely vibe, we also have a bedroom with a small, minimalist bathroom. Here you photograph beauty and lifestyle products within a homely yet sophisticated ambience. Downstairs you'll find a workspace with a stylish, oak-wood coffee corner and a tasteful Studio Henk table. And a beautiful micro cement-finished staircase with wooden accents in the banister and steps: everything for imagery that excels in simplicity.
When you come to shoot at The Townhouse, everyone will wonder where to find this hidden gem. To ensure this feeling, it is important to make an inquiry first. This must then be approved by our team. Due to safety reasons, such as the lack of stair gates, it is unfortunately not possible to bring kids and pets.
