Atelier Oost Amsterdam is looking for an energetic Manager Customer Care & Operations to join our team. This full-time role offers the chance to work with amazing brands, creative teams, and exciting content creation projects.
Who are we?
Atelier Oost Amsterdam offers the most beautiful photo studios in Amsterdam Oost. With three locations available for rent by the session, we host incredible brands such as Yumeko, &C, and vtwonen. We provide an inspiring environment for photographers, creatives, and businesses seeking high-quality photoshoots and productions. Every day is different here! Our small, passionate team works closely together to deliver outstanding service and experiences for our clients.
What will you do?
As Studio Manager, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring everything in and around our studios runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:
- Organization and planning: Coordinating studio rentals, managing the schedule, and ensuring seamless reservations.
- Facility management: Maintaining quality standards, overseeing studio upkeep, and ensuring spaces are always clean and ready for use.
- Communication: Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers and your own team.
- Administration: Managing bookings, invoices, and inventory.
- Client support: You answer daily emails, WhatsApp and questions by telephone. In addition, you ensure that tenants are well prepared with everything they need for a successful photo shoot or production and go home satisfied.
- Team: Planning, enthusing and updating the team, organizing the quarterly drinks and the annual Christmas dinner.
Who are we looking for? We’re looking for the best Studio Manager ever, someone who:
- Has experience in a similar role or organization.
- Excels at planning and keeping oversight in a dynamic environment.
- Has strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Is flexible and customer-focused.
- Can work independently on location, manage time effectively, and is also a true team player
- Is passionate about photography, video, and social media.
- Lives in Amsterdam or nearby.
